Sales Enablement Director

The Sales Enablement Director is a pivotal leader within the company, responsible for setting up both our dealers and sales team for success. This role involves overseeing internal and external training, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across departments, and executing strategic initiatives aligned with company goals such as tradeshows and monthly dealer calls.

Key Responsibilities:

Dealer Leadership and Management:

  • Monitor and support dealer growth through education and timely issue resolution.
  • Foster a supportive environment for dealer development.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration:

  • Maintain open communication with Innovations, Marketing, and Sales departments.
  • Align marketing efforts with upcoming innovations and sales needs to support dealer growth.

Strategic Execution:

  • Implement leadership vision and strategy.
  • Lead the planning and execution of tradeshows and monthly dealer calls.
  • Organize internal staff and external dealer training.
  • Keep the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) informed of activities and developments.

Process and Efficiency Improvement:

  • Develop and refine processes for systematic and efficient execution of strategic activities.
  • Anticipate trends and ensure necessary resources for strategic dealer support planning.

Strategy Development and Feedback Integration:

  • Contribute to strategy development by incorporating feedback from surveys and other initiatives.
  • Support continuous improvement of strategies based on shared insights.

Budget Management:

  • Assist in budget planning and management to optimize departmental performance and support company objectives.

Meeting Rhythms:

  • Daily Huddle: Gather to share updates, successes, and address obstacles.
  • Weekly Meeting: Review KPIs to ensure alignment with growth plans.
  • Monthly Brainstorm: Discuss inspiration and elevate dealer and end-user experience through best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales enablement leadership roles.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on efficiency and process improvement.
  • Ability to coach and develop team members
  • End-user sales through dealers
  • Number of calls and total calling time

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success with 5-7 years of progressive sales management experience.
  • Proven track record of growing revenue.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on achieving results.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience managing salespeople.

  • Focus on sales activities to achieve a set revenue target by 2040.
  • Establish a highly proficient team adept at implementing the Account Management methodology to drive sustainable growth and foster lasting client relationships.
