The Role:

1. Work closely with Regional Managers to:
   1. Gather information required for Sales Orders
   2. Ensure Sales Orders contain the correct products
   3. Inform Regional Managers on shipping and receiving dates
2. Accurately create Sales Orders by entering the information into Sage 3X
3. Print and deliver finished Sales Orders to the Planning Manager
4. Enter Small Sales Orders into Smart Sheets
5. Obtain and report on output information
6. Prepare and submit status and performance reports
7. Coordinate between the Sales Team and the Operations Team to ensure an optimal production schedule is in place and communicated to the necessary teams
8. Other duties as assigned by the Planning Manager

2. Excellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principles
3. Experience in Manufacturing
